Taylor

Taylor is a 30-unit building in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The owner passed and his $25M real estate portfolio was parceled off and sold. This building had been under managed for several years while the property went through probate. We stabilized, implemented a re-leasing strategy, conducted unit renovations, and ultimately refinanced the property with the Fannie Mae Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program for a profitable return within just 24 months.

88 Macon

88 Macon was an off-market 8-unit building, along with the 78 Macon and Kenton projects below, in Aurora, Colorado. The properties were being poorly managed and maintained by the original owner who was looking to quickly relocate funds to another project. We restructured the management and improved the income dramatically. The project was ultimately sold for a profitable return within just 18 months.

We improved the structure of the leases, conducted strategic property renovations, and ultimately sold for a profitable return.

Swope is a C class multifamily building. The owner was out of state and finding it difficult to manage the property on the ground. We negotiated an owner financing arrangement and then refinanced with a local lender for a profitable return.
