Born in the Mile High City, Daniel has witnessed Colorado grow and flourish into the beautiful state we see today. As a kid, he would ride his bike and take the bus to different neighborhoods, each with its history. He attended the University of Colorado, focused on finance and entrepreneurship. Daniel began his career with a brokerage that structures renewable energy contracts. He helped clients save money and find the best solution for their goals. Now, he conveys the same work ethic to his clients.
 
With a finance background, Daniel understands the value of return on investment. With shifting rates, changes in the market, economic impact, and fluctuating motives, it is essential to have someone who understands it all. Numbers tell a story, and it's his job to confirm all ducks are in a row. 
 
Not only does he focus on his client's financial well-being, but he also draws from his client's needs and wants. When focused on the buying and selling process, it is imperative to have someone on your side. His communication skills, and attentiveness to details, strengthen relationships with his clients. Daniel looks forward to making his clients happy and makes them look good when referring him to friends and family members.
 
Daniel prides himself on his heritage and being bilingual in Spanish and English. He strives to be involved in the Hispanic community to change the Latino narrative. Believing there is a gap between wealth building and education, Daniel is there to help fill that gap.
 
Outside of real estate, Daniel is passionate about his community and helps as a mentor for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. When he is not consulting his clients and leveling up their lifestyle via real estate, he loves to go hiking, play the piano, travel, and go to concerts.
